Experienced Analytical Scientist with expertise in LCMS and HPLC method development. Combining a B.S. in Chemistry and an MBA, Tomas excels in bridging scientific innovation with business strategy. Known for improving processes and leading dynamic teams, he effectively communicates scientific goals to key stakeholders, aligning technical proficiency with organizational objectives.
